Our Story

Finding A Solution

It all started with a triathalon if you can believe it. Our founder was swimming early in the morning before work, and if she was gonna blow dry her hair it added at least 15-20 min to her already packed morning. She'd go to work with wet hair - wearing her thickest jacket to prevent that soggy, sticky back. She wanted a better solution! Especially with all the product she uses for curly hair, she didn't want it on her nice work clothes.

The Birth of the hAIRdry Vest

Her mom taught her how to sew young, so she got to work making a prototype, and found that the vest was everything she was hoping for. It needed a few tweaks, but she started using it every wash and refresh day.

A Solution for Everyone

Now her nieces use it to stay dry and warm after a shower. It's great for working moms, or people who work at home and shower in the middle of the day. It's great for curly girls to refresh their day 2 curls, or for moms of curly kids when they need to re-spray and condition those tangles. For anyone who doesn't like that soggy-back feeling.
